Research at Valley Baptist

A multi-disciplinary organization, Valley Baptist Health System is home to The Valley Baptist Neuroscience Institute, which hosts The Stroke Research and Education Foundation. The research conducted here is led by some of the nation’s leading neurological experts. Through its hospitals, clinics and academic institution partnerships, our health system is changing the way urgent medical care is delivered to stroke patients.

Our clinical research branch was established to nurture a culture of clinical innovation that positively impacts our patients, their families and the communities we serve in South Texas. As a result, The Stroke Research and Education Foundation continues providing stroke education and programs to stroke survivors, caregivers and the healthcare community across the U.S..
