Official Rules of Entry – Charro Days Outfit Giveaway
- Eligibility & Entry:
Fill out the entry form and include your name, address, e-mail address, and phone number. To enter, you must be a person, 18 years old or older, a legal resident of the United States, and living in the mainland United States. Each person may enter only once. Employees, and their immediate family members, of Valley Baptist Health System and its affiliates are not eligible to enter.
- No Purchase Necessary:
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter. All entries must be made between February 1, 2026, and February 26, 2026. Winners will be selected in a random drawing held on February 27, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. CST from among all eligible entries. Winners do not need to be present to win. If a winner does not comply with the terms of these Official Rules, an alternate winner will be selected. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.
- Agreement to Rules:
Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Valley Baptist Health System, which are final and binding on all matters affecting this drawing. By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, and photograph by Valley Baptist Health System and its advertising and promotion agencies without further compensation.
- Liability:
Neither Valley Baptist Health System nor its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, or related companies are responsible for any damages, taxes, or expenses that the winner might incur as a result of this drawing or receipt of the prize. Winners accepting the prize agree that the prize is awarded on the condition that neither Valley Baptist Health System nor its agents, representatives, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, or related companies have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize. Winners may not substitute or transfer prizes. Valley Baptist Health System reserves the right to substitute a prize for another of equal or greater value.
- General Conditions:
Valley Baptist Health System reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or operation of the drawing or website, or who is deemed to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Valley Baptist Health System also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the drawing. Valley Baptist Health System assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications failure, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.
