Your Receptionist, Ruby was exceptional. Also, your medical assistant, Erin was very detailed with my intake.I had a consultation with your staff neurologist last week, Dr. Frade. He thoroughly evaluated my neurological condition and ordered some lab work for my next visit in October. During the consultation, he mentioned that there was some nerve damage, but he advised me to continue with the treatment prescribed by my general practitioner.Dr. Frade explained that there was no need for further in-depth investigations like a biopsy, EMG, or MRI examination, as my reflexes were still functioning well. He emphasized the importance of being cautious with an aggressive treatment approach.Dr. Frade discussed various potential causes of the idiopathicneuropathy flareup and expressed his interest in certain lab values that would be necessary to proceed with any treatment. He recommended adopting a balanced diet and ensuring that I have night lights to prevent tripping over obstacles at night.Overall, I felt reassured that Dr. Frade believes I still have the potential to rejuvenate some of the injured nerves due to inflammation, pre-diabetes, or other factors. I appreciate his decision to wait and observe how my body responds to the prescribed treatment. I trust his expertise and know that he has my best interests at heart.Kudos to Dr. Frade, In my book, he's And excellent neurology specialist with exceptional bedside manners and a good listening ear.
