I came in early so I needed to wait for the time of appointment. Doesn't matter the order you get there it is by appointment. I knew this when I came in for my appointment. Which is a good thing. Everyone was nice and helpful. I have a autoimmune disease and the doctor was very knowledgeable about the disease. He set with me and heard every worry and made me feel like he is going to do what he could for me.

I didn't have enough interaction with Dr Ponce to be able to form an opinion about his medical prowess, but his friendly manner was reassuring.

The staff greeted me upon arrival at 11:20, (my appointment was at 11:30). I sat in the waiting room until 12:05 where my vital signs were taken along with the usual screening questions and medication list. I was returned to the waiting room until about 12:30 when I was put in an examination room. Dr. Ponce came in at 12:50, we moved across the hall where he had a few more questions and we scheduled my procedure. All together about five minutes. Then I was referred to the nurse who gave me the instructions to prepare for my procedure.
