I've had bad experiences with other OB/GYNs in terms of babying me (I know enough about medical terminology to keep up) but right away the doctor knew I understood and adjusted his turn-of-phrase in ways I could understand. He was thorough and precise and the exam itself was painless, which shocked me as I always feel pain from it. Friendly, polite, and knew his stuff for sure.

I like more flexibility, sympathy and judgment from your staff. I just delivered my baby 3 weeks ago. Due to this COVID situation, I don't have where or who take care of my newborn. I arrived late to my appointment and I explained the reason to the lady in the front desk, I think her name is Melissa. She was non helpful and never showed any sympathy or understanding. I never arrived late to any of my appointments. Sometimes, I have to wait 1-2 hours to be received and I was expecting a little bit understanding from her due to this pandemic situation. Thank to the other ladies (Michelle and other of her coworkers) that helped me for not canceling my appointment and receiving me that day.
