Emergency Medical Services
Improved Entry and Triage
We’ve renovated our patient entry areas, and now have more nursing assistants and care providers to meet you when you arrive. Even if it’s something as simple as registering you at the bedside, we know you need care now, and we’re ready to make that happen.
Faster Admission Times
In emergency care, time is everything. We’re focused on getting you in, getting you seen by the doctors and nurses and getting you better.
Reduce your wait in the hospital by checking in at home. If you have a non life-threatening emergency, you can skip the waiting room by scheduling your visit online.

This program includes a special treatment room for victims of abuse, where our team of doctors, social workers and forensic nurse examiners can help the most vulnerable among us in a safe, secure environment.
Designated Stroke Center
Valley Baptist has been recognized by The Joint Commission as a certified Primary Stroke Center, meaning our stroke patients can expect quality, specialized care that meets or exceeds national standards. Plus, we’ve received the American Heart Association’s Gold Award for completing its “Get With The Guidelines” program for stroke prevention and treatment services, which means that we use all best practice treatments and techniques for stroke care. If you or a loved one experience stroke symptoms, we’re ready to help.
