Behavioral Health Unit
Valley Baptist Behavioral Health Services is dedicated to an integrated treatment approach uniquely meeting the mental health needs of our community. Our inpatient facility offers 37 private rooms for anyone 17 and older. Services include psychiatric, physical and psychosocial assessment, as well as diagnosis and treatment. Treatment options include medication management, group/individual therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, stress management, patient and family education and more.
Our behavioral outpatient program is a comprehensive service that provides treatment for those suffering from emotional, behavioral or psychiatric disorders. All of our services are provided in a safe, supportive environment that offers individualized treatment including group, individual and family therapy. If needed, we can even provide transportation.
Joint Replacement Program
From Navio robotic assisted technology for partial knee replacement, to anterior hip replacement, Valley Baptist Medical Center-Brownsville offers some of the latest technology and techniques to help you get back on your feet.
Healthy Women’s Center
The Valley Baptist Healthy Women's Centers, located at 3525 International Blvd. and 3850 Paredes Line Road in Brownsville, believe that keeping healthy is the secret to healthier moms and healthier babies. We can help you find an obstetrician/gynecologist for anything from a check-up to caring for you during pregnancy, offer free confidential pregnancy testing with results in minutes, provide assistance applying for Medicaid if needed and serve as a resource for your health concerns.
