Sydney Cyprian, PharmD is currently a PGY-1 resident at Valley Baptist Medical Center - Brownsville. She received her Doctorate in Pharmacy from Belmont University College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences in May 2024. Dr. Cyprian’s professional interests include psychiatry, internal medicine, and pain management. Her research projects include the evaluation of outcomes in obese vs. non-obese patients on a heparin drip for VTE and the evaluation of early basal insulin administration in the treatment of DKA in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Upon completion of her PGY-1 pharmacy residency, Dr. Cyprian plans to apply for a PGY-2 residency in psychiatry.
