Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga
Yoga is the safest and most natural method of exercise during and after pregnancy. Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga is an ideal program for keeping fit, preventing unnecessary weight gain and preparing or recovering from childbirth.  You will learn to release tension, relax muscles and develops strong core muscles. 

Prenatal Yoga
Cost: $25 a month
Time: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8am to 9am
Prenatal Yoga

Suitable for beginners, our prenatal yoga class is a. The poses and breathing techniques are modified for each trimester. A regular yoga program can help expectant mothers cope with the demand and stresses placed on the body and mind as pregnancy progresses.

For mothers to be, prenatal yoga is a perfect way to prepare for labor, delivery and birth. It promotes fitness and flexibility, tones the pelvic area, increases circulation, works the cardiovascular system, helps with breath control, and balances body-mind energies.  Please bring a physician release.

Postnatal Yoga
Cost: $25 a month
Time: Saturdays, 10am to 11am


Postnatal yoga is a moderate, flexible exercise routine that helps to lose weight, enhance the mother’s physical condition and enhance recovery after childbirth. The class focuses on postures that help restore alignment and tone, and can help provide relief from lifting, carrying & nursing.

It is designed for the woman who desires to get into physical shape with increased aerobic activity designed for fat burning through vinyasa sequences, Iyengar based postures to enhance weight loss and Pilates type exercises to increase core muscle strength & tone.

The focus is on feeling good, developing strong core muscles and being able to live pain free. Techniques for proper breathing and proper relaxation are also practiced to encourage a calm and tranquil environment and to develop mind and body awareness.

Class Schedule
Prenatal Yoga - Starting January 17th
   Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:00am - 9:00am
Postnatal Yoga - Starting January 21st
   Saturdays 10:00am - 11:00am
* Please bring a yoga mat to class, available for a minimal cost at most discount or sporting good stores.
