Valley Baptist Health & Fitness Center membership entitles you to use cardiovascular and strength equipment, group exercise, spinning and a number of other programs available.

All memberships include a health history, personal wellness profile and fitness assessment, as well as a complete orientation to the facility equipment. Our dedicated staff will work with you to get the results you want.

Valley Baptist Health & Fitness Center has a variety of memberships, including individual, couples and family.  Our low monthly membership allows you to enjoy full access to our fitness center.

Fitness Center Rates

Retail Rate:
$40 + tax

Health Plan Rate:
$20 + tax

Senior's Rate:
$25 + tax

Valley Baptist Employees Rate:
$10 + tax
Family add-on's living in the same house are $12 +tax (maximum of 4 add-ons)
