Class Descriptions
Studio Cycling – Spinning in each of the energy zones – endurance, strength, and interval. This class is a cardiovascular training – not just a workout.

Body Pump™ – The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

Gentle Yoga – A series of gentle poses with emphasis on relaxation and flexibility. Includes a combination of floor work and standing poses, all modified for low intensity. Participants must be able to work independently. This class is not intended for purposes of physical therapy.

Wellness Yoga – Based on the “Viniyoga” a therapeutic approach to exercise targeting specific areas such as hips, shoulders, neck etc. We will work to increase circulation, strengthen weak areas, stretch and open tight muscles and joints and correct misalignment.

Pilates – is a unique body conditioning method that includes lengthening, strengthening and stretching exercises developed by Joseph H. Pilates over 90 years ago. It was developed to create a healthy life, body and mind.

RPM – RPM™ is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high

Step Aerobics – Rhythmic exercises performed to music that stimulates the aerobic capacity of the heart and lungs, burns calories and improves endurance. A great toning class too.

Advanced Step Aerobics – For individuals who want to take their cardio to a more intense level.

Kid’s Fitness – Circuit training program w/pilates, resistance bands, cardio kickboxing, boot camp, free weights and cardio training for kids of ages 6-11 yrs.

Body Sculpting – This class will sculpt your entire body with the use of free weight to work arms, back and shoulders. Includes lunges, resistance bands, and stability ball. It’s a well paced class with focus on different muscle groups on different days.
