Physicians, health professionals, and family members may refer patients to the program. The Heritage Program provides a clinical evaluation at no cost to determine the need for treatment. Admission to the program will be offered only to those persons whom a licensed physician has determined require outpatient mental health treatment and who will be able to actively participate in treatment. Patients receive services in the least restrictive environment and are able to return to their homes each evening.
