How to Apply
You can apply for VHCN membership one of two ways:
- If applying for hospital privileges at VBMC-H or VBMC-B,
you can also apply for VHCN by checking the appropriate box
located on the Medical Staff Services addendum. Medical
Staff Services will then forward your application to VHCN so
additional paperwork will not be necessary. You will then be
contacted by a representative of VHCN when you have been
approved by the VHCN Credentials Committee.
- If you do not have privileges at one of the VBMC
hospitals or if you already have privileges, please call our
office at (956) 389-6742 or email erin.mcbride@valley
baptist.net and we will be happy to send you an application
packet.
Fees
There will be a one time application fee of $250.00. Annual
dues are $450.00. If you join in the middle of the year your
dues will be pro-rated.
