Location

• The VBHS Bob Day Outpatient Pharmacy is located at 2101 Pease Street off the lobby in the East Tower.

Hours

• The pharmacy is open from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday.

• The pharmacy is closed Saturday and Sunday and most major holidays.

Services

• The pharmacy fills prescription for Golden Palms residents, Hospice patients, employees, and for those patients enrolled in one of Valley Baptist Medical Center’s outpatient programs.

• Patients being discharged from the hospital or emergency department may also have prescriptions filled by the Outpatient Pharmacy.

• The VBHS Outpatient Pharmacy is not open to the general public.

Benefits

• Since the outpatient pharmacy does not sell to the general public, the pharmacy qualifies for significant reductions in drug costs.

• Patients eligible to receive their medications from the VBHS Outpatient Pharmacy will usually see a significant savings in their medication costs.

• If being discharged from the hospital, the pharmacist is able to contact the physician, nursing unit, or the hospital pharmacists to clarify any potential concerns.

• The VBHS Bob Day Outpatient Pharmacy is staffed by a professional and friendly staff of pharmacists and technicians.

• A pharmacist is always available to answer any questions you may have regarding your medications.
