Guest Registration
All patients are encouraged to come in and pre-register for any inpatient or outpatient admission to help facilitate the admission process on the date of service.
VBMC-Harlingen East Tower Registration
Registration for Pre-Admission, Day Surgery, Outpatient Services (such as: Lab, routine x-ray, MRI, CT Scan, HBO, EKG, EEG, etc.).
Hours: Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 6:00 pm (ER will handles registration after hours and on weekends or holidays)
Women's Services registration is located on thd 2nd floor of the East Tower.
VBMC-Harlingen South Tower Registration
Registration for direct admissions from the doctor office.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm (the Women Services clerk will register direct and ER Admits after hours)
Registration Information
Upon arrival at Valley Baptist Medical Center-Harlingen, you will be requested to provide the following information to the registration clerks:
- Current address, phone number, employer (demographic information)
- Doctor’s order
- Copy of insurance card
- Signature on consent forms
