Guest Registration Services can be found throughout locations of
our hospital, East Tower and South Tower.
- East Tower Registration will provide registration for
Pre-Admission, Day Surgery, Outpatient Services (such as:
Lab, routine x-ray, MRI, CT Scan, HBO, EKG, EEG, etc.).
- Women Services Registration is located on the 2nd floor
of the East Tower.
- South Tower Registration will provide registration for
Direct Admissions from the doctor office.
Hours of operation are:
- East Tower Registration, 6:30am – 6:00pm (ER
Registration staff will handle this function after hours and
on weekend/holidays)
- South Tower Registration, 8:00am – 6:00pm (the Women
Services clerk will register direct and ER Admits after
hours)
Information required from the patient at time of
registration is:
- Current address, phone number, employer
(demographic information)
- Doctor’s order
- Copy of insurance card
- Signature on consent forms
