Payment Information
Valley Baptist Medical Center-Harlingen accepts and will bill
any insurance a patient has as long as all billing information
is provided. If you have any questions about your bill, we will
make every effort to answer your questions.
Valley Baptist has also added the convenience of online bill
pay. Here you are able to pay balances using a credit card
from the comfort of your own home!
Our employees work to assist all patients and will gladly
bill your claim to any insurance company for payment. We
appreciate your assistance in getting your claim paid by
contacting your insurance company within 30 days from your date
of service to ensure your claim has been received and payment is
being processed. Once we have received and applied all insurance
payments to your account, you will receive a statement for any
remaining balance.
A statement will be sent to self-pay patients after
discharge. Payment is due in full on self-pay balances,
including your balance after insurance has paid unless previous
financial arrangements have been made.
