Foundation Circle
The Valley Baptist Foundation Circle is a group of young community leaders in the Harlingen and Brownsville areas. Its mission: "To create health care awareness and promote excellence in health care delivery in the community, and assist the Valley Baptist Foundation in carrying out its mission."
