Our 2nd Annual Black Tie Bash was a huge success thanks to you! We raised over $70,000 which will benefit Valley Baptist Medical Center in Brownsville, specifically Women’s Services. During the gala, Dr. Susan Ander gave a testimonial about her experiences as a breast cancer survivor and also informed guests about two patient assistance funds, one which provides mammograms for women who can’t afford the service and the other provides breast prosthesis for cancer survivors. We appreciate the generosity of those who attended and for those who responded to Dr. Ander’s appeal. In addition, over $33,000.00 was raised for these 2 funds! We hope you’ll join us next year, on January 9, 2009 for the 3rd Annual Black Tie Bash.
