Cameron County Veterans Services will be on hand to help you enroll for your VA benefits. Just bring your DD214 discharge papers and identification, previous
years tax information and spouse’s social security number.*
We will be offering free health screenings and information about Valley Baptist services. Refreshments will be served.
The Health Care You Need. When You Need It, Where You Need It
Veterans can now receive healthcare benefits for the following services at Valley Baptist Medical Center-Harlingen and Brownsville:
- Inpatient Medical and Surgical Care
- Emergency Room Care
- Mental Health Care
All Veterans enrolled in the VA Health Care System are eligible for these benefits under a new contract between the VA and Valley Baptist. Services are now
available at VBMC-Harlingen, VBMC-Brownsville, and the Valley Baptist Behavioral Health Facility in Brownsville.
