RN & LVN Premium Pay Program

RN Level I	$35.00 per hour
LVN Level I	$20.00 per hour
Minimum of 24 regular hours per pay period. Minimum of 12 or 8 weekend hours per pay period. Work one major holiday and one minor holiday per calendar year.

RN Level II	$40.00 per hour
LVN Level II	$24.00 per hour
Minimum of 36 or 32 regular hours per pay period. Minimum of 24 or 16 weekend hours per pay period. Work one major holiday and two minor holidays per calendar year.

RN & LVN  Float Pool Program

RN	$45.00 per hour
LVN	$30.00 per hour
Minimum of 36 or 32 regular hours per pay period. Minimum of 24 or 16 weekend hours per pay period. Work one major holiday and two minor holidays per calendar year.

Winter Texan Program

RN	$50.00 per hour
LVN	$30.00 per hour
Minimum of 48 or 32 regular hours per pay period. Minimum of 24 or 16 weekend hours per pay period. Program ends April 30, 2008.

Regular Full Time

36 hour week, full benefits. Sign-On Incentive with 2 year commitment. Hourly rates based on experience. "
