Paid time off for holidays, vacations, dependent illness, first 2 days of personal illness or other personal reasons. Accrual of hours per pay period based on hours worked and length of service.

Extended Illness Bank (EIB) VBHS After 30 days of employment FR & PR Paid time off for employee's own illness after the first 2 days of personal illness. Provides paid time up to the maximum amount accrued in each employee's bank. Accrual of hours based on hours worked and length of service.
Perfect Attendance VBHS After 90 days of employment FR & PR FR receive 8 hours and PR receive 4 hours per quarter for Perfect Attendance
Health Insurance & Prescription Discount Program VBHS & Employee After 30 days of employment FR & PR Health insurance coverage for employee and dependents under one of two HMOs. Co-pays vary according to plan chosen. Point of Service (POS) Rider available for out-of-network coverage needs.
Dental Insurance Employee After 30 days of employment FR & PR Provides Preventative/Diagnostic, Basic Restorative/Corrective & Major Restorative/Corrective coverage subject to deductibles & annual benefits maximums. Limited orthodontia also provided.
Vision Insurance Employee After 30 days of employment FR & PR Provides annual wellness exam at designated providers, subject to co pay and reasonable/customary charges. Benefits for eye glasses materials or contact lenses provided every 24 months along with discounts for eyewear by designated providers at any time.
Life Insurance VBHS After 30 days of employment FR Only Term Life at 1.5 x Basic Annual Earnings up to $250K.
Supplemental Life & AD&D Insurance Employee After 30 days of employment FR Only Additional levels of term life coverage for employee and dependents.
Long-Term Disability Insurance VBHS After 30 days of employment FR Only 60% of base monthly salary after 90 days in accordance with plan guidelines.
Retirement Program VBHS & Employee Upon Employment. All Retirement and disability benefit based on individual calculation on a tax-sheltered basis (403-B Plan). A 457B plan is also available.
Funeral Leave VBHS After 90 days of employment FR Only Up to 3 days, 8 hours per day.
Jury Duty Leave VBHS

Upon Employment. 

FR Full pay up to 8 hours each day.
Tuition Reimbursement Program VBHS After 6 months of employment FR & PR Tuition/fees/books reimbursed for qualifying degree plans up to a maximum.
Employee Assistance Program VBHS After 90 days of employment FR & PR Counseling and Referral services for employee and dependents.
Employee Service Award Program VBHS After 5, 10, 15 20, 25 & 30 years of employment FR Annual recognition of employee's service.
