Chase Bank Supports Future Nurses

HARLINGEN - Chase Foundation has awarded a generous $10,000 grant which will be used to create a computer lab for the Valley Baptist School of Vocational Nursing in Harlingen.

Presenting the donation were Irv Downing, Regional President of JPMorgan Chase for the Rio Grande Valley, and Dan Lawless, Senior Vice President of JPMorgan Chase Bank.  Receiving the check on behalf of Valley Baptist were Gloria Tobin, Senior Vice President of Nursing for VBMC-Harlingen; Tami Cowen, Assistant Vice President for Nursing Administration for VBMC-Harlingen; and Barbara Disbennett, Program Director for the Valley Baptist School of Vocational Nursing.
