The Valley Baptist Health System Board of Directors appointed James G. Springfield as President and Chief Executive Officer of Valley Baptist Health System in January of 2003.

The Board of Directors also appointed James Eastham as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Valley Baptist Health System. Jim Wesson serves as Chief Executive Officer for Valley Baptist Medical Center-Harlingen while Leslie Bingham serves as Chief Executive Officer for Valley Baptist Medical Center-Brownsville.

The leadership of Valley Baptist is dedicated to upholding Valley Baptist's long tradition of ministry to the community.
